2D to 3D conversion

Hi,
I am making a programme for 2D to 3D conversion. In which I will be taking a .jpg file of orthographic views as an input. I need to calculate the 2D vertices of each view. Please somebody help me out in this.

If any program or Code is already available please tell me.
